If you are staying in town, transportation to the ceremony will depart from the Four Way Stop at the intersection of Elk Avenue and 6th Street at 2:45pm.
If you are staying on the base, transportation to the ceremony will depart from the Motor Lobby at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square at 3:15pm.
